Service Description

Postnatal yoga meets postpartum support group! Birthing person should be at least 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal birth, 8 weeks postpartum for cesarean birth. **NEW eligibility parameter** Baby should still be pre-crawling. Please email me with questions!

Cancellation Policy
