Service Description

Postnatal yoga meets postpartum support group! Birthing person should be at least 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal birth, 8 weeks postpartum for cesarean birth. Baby should still be pre-crawling. Please email me with questions!

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel at least 12 hours in advance of series start time to receive refund.
